Ruth is amazing. I first met Ruth when I was on the other side of a transaction she was helping a different agent with. I started working with her in 2024, and I wish I would have found her sooner. She is super organized, has every step of the process from acceptance to close dialed, and it all goes on your calendar with red x’s or green checks, whether that deadline has been met or not. I was a solo agent before Ruth. I kept organized, but when multiple deals are going on at a time, things can get hectic, and Ruth 100% eased my mind on managing deadlines, follow-up with the lender, title company, earnest money, broker compliance on files, communication with the client, and the list goes on. There’s not one time I’ve seen or heard something she’s written or spoke that made me question the verbiage. She’s persistent. Her response time is very timely, which has saved me multiple times while I’m out showing houses, listing appointments, or not by my email.
