Our Story

Selling Simplified was founded in 2019 to solve a problem that nearly every real estate agent knows all too well: the crushing administrative burden that comes with managing transactions. Between tracking deadlines, coordinating with lenders and title companies, managing paperwork, and keeping all parties in the loop, agents were spending more time on logistics than on the work that actually grows their business.

Our founder, Ruth Beardmore, saw an opportunity to change that. She built Selling Simplified with the belief that agents deserve a reliable, detail-oriented partner who can handle the back-end of every deal with the same dedication and professionalism they bring to their clients. What started as a one-person operation has grown into a team of skilled coordinators serving agents across multiple states.

Since 2019, we've helped close over 500 transactions — and we're just getting started. Every deal we touch reflects our commitment to precision, communication, and making the lives of real estate professionals easier.

Ruth founded Selling Simplified in 2019 with a simple mission: give real estate agents their time back. With over five years of experience and hundreds of transactions under her belt, she’s known for her meticulous attention to detail, seamless communication, and unwavering dedication to every deal she touches. Ruth is the backbone of the operation — trusted by agents across Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Texas to keep transactions running smoothly from contract to close.

Jack Beardmore

Transaction Coordinator

Jack brings a sharp analytical mind to the team, with a background in real estate investing that gives him a unique perspective on every transaction. His hands-on experience in the industry means he understands the ins and outs of deals from both sides of the table. Jack is detail-driven, reliable, and passionate about helping agents streamline their workflow.
